Waist Sizing Chart

Step 1   Waist

Measure around your waist using a measuring tape.
* Your waistlineshould be 2 cm above your belly button.
* Measuring the waist should be done with a belly at rest.

 

Step 2 Charting

Using the size chart below, identify your waistbelt size by following the measurements (inches or cm)

*** If you are in between sizes SIZE UP ***

For example, my waistline is 31 inches (78 cm) I should take an XL
